• At Ruggen, we use the finest quality of wool and silk blends for our rugs.
• The rug comprises of 80% wool pile and 20% cotton foundation.
• All rugs are hand-knotted in Persian Weave.

• Vacuum regularly.
• Gently brush surface to remove dust.
• Remove spills immediately with a paper towel.
• For heavy stains, use professional rug cleaning services only.

• Orders are usually dispatched within 4-5 working days from the date of order and delivered within 10-12 working days from the date of shipping.
• All rugs are carefully inspected and packaged prior to shipment.
• If a defect is discovered, please contact our customer care team at customercare@ruggen.in within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• Our office timings are 10:00 am – 6:00 pm from Monday to Saturday. (excluding national holidays).

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:

• Products are eligible for returns only if there is a manufacturing fault that cannot be fixed.
• To be eligible for a refund or replacement, requests for returns and exchanges must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.
• We kindly request customers to provide multiple images: One showing the product open for damage inspection and another with the product securely packed. This step is crucial for processing the return or exchange efficiently.
• Keeping the original packaging is mandatory; returns or exchanges will only be accepted if the product is securely repacked in its original packaging, with all labels intact.

Refund Processing:

• Order Refund: Refunds for prepaid orders are processed promptly within 48 hours after the product is picked up from your location.
• Exchange Orders:  No charges will be applied.
